Both tools help you plan and publish. The useful differences are in your budget, your team, and the workflows you use every day.
Zoho Standard is $10/month billed annually for one brand and one member. If its prescribed channel mix and basic workflow fit, that can be a strong budget option.
Zoho puts bulk scheduling, repeat posting, RSS, and its media library on Professional. Approvals, a unified inbox, and custom reporting start on Premium.
SocialBlaze Team includes 20 members and prices primarily by channels. Zoho Premium includes three members; more members and brands are add-ons.
Annual USD prices for one brand’s workflow. SocialBlaze examples use ten selected channels; Zoho bundles one account of each supported type. Check your exact account mix.

You want to choose channels across your supported accounts, include up to 20 people on Team, and use content reuse, RSS automation, and client workflows.
You manage a brand whose prescribed account mix fits, prefer a low entry price, or want social activity connected to Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk.
Both list Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Threads, Bluesky, and Mastodon. Account types and feature coverage still matter.
Tumblr is in SocialBlaze’s channel selector. Zoho’s current plan table does not list it among its brand slots.
Premium also adds WhatsApp Business and Telegram Business connections. A connection can serve publishing, messaging, or reporting; capabilities vary by destination.
For the annual examples shown, Zoho Standard at $120/year costs less than ten-channel SocialBlaze Essentials at $300/year. Zoho Premium at $480/year also costs less than ten-channel SocialBlaze Team at $660/year, but includes three members rather than 20. Channel bundles and features differ.
A brand is a prescribed set with one account of each supported type. Standard and Professional list twelve slots; Premium lists fourteen. It is not an allowance for twelve arbitrary Facebook pages or Instagram accounts. Extra brands may be needed.
Professional adds bulk scheduling, repeat posting, CustomQ and a media library. Its RSS allowance is ten feeds; Premium lists twenty. Standard does not include these tools in its feature table.
Business-plan approvals start on Premium. Agency plans add dedicated client invites, free client logins, portal customization and agency-branded reports. Do not assume all client features are included with Premium.
The current annual pricing lists an additional $10/member/month on eligible plans. Premium includes three members. Twenty members would therefore cost $210/month equivalent on Premium before additional brands or tax.
Zoho is worth considering for a single brand that fits its account structure, particularly if you already use Zoho CRM or Desk. SocialBlaze offers a different channel-based model with 20 included Team members. Pricing and tiers were checked September 17, 2026.
