Choose for the way
you actually work.

Both tools help you plan and publish. The useful differences are in your budget, your team, and the workflows you use every day.

01 / YOUR BUDGET

Marketing work beyond posts.

CoSchedule includes task templates, recurring tasks and marketing projects. Suite expands into campaign templates, intake forms, asset management and multiple work views. Those are meaningful differences.

02 / YOUR WORKFLOW

Seat limits matter before add-ons.

Starter is a one-person plan. Professional includes two seats and allows one more. Larger working teams need a Suite quote, so a per-seat multiplication alone would be misleading.

03 / YOUR PEOPLE

Professional adds client-facing tools.

Approvals, white-label reports, client calendars and a broader inbox are Professional features. They are not part of the Starter example, even after adding more social profiles.

Count the base plan, profiles and working seats.

What does your setup cost?

Price ten supported social profiles for one operator, then for three working teammates. CoSchedule’s current Starter and Professional plans include different profile and seat allowances.

USD before tax, checked September 17, 2026. SocialBlaze Essentials at ten channels is $30/month; Team is $60/month with 20 members. CoSchedule Starter is $39/month with three profiles and one user: seven extra profiles at $5 make $74/month. Professional is $59/month with five profiles and two users: five extra profiles plus one $29 seat make $113/month for ten profiles and three users. Annual base prices of $29 and $49/month are separate from these monthly examples.

SocialBlaze may fit you best if…

You want social publishing, content reuse, an inbox, analytics and client workflows priced primarily around channels, with 20 members included on Team.

CoSchedule may fit you best if…

You want social and marketing work on a shared calendar, ReQueue automation, or Suite’s deeper project, campaign and organizational controls.

Your channels matter

Check your network mix.

Both support these publishing networks, including Mastodon and Bluesky. Inbox, analytics and individual content formats have their own coverage and plan requirements.

SocialBlaze also lists Tumblr

Tumblr does not appear in CoSchedule’s current published profile list. Compare the exact destinations you use rather than only total account counts.

CoSchedule also lists Google Business Profile

Its broader inbox supports Google reviews and questions on Professional and above. Supported actions differ across networks; publishing support alone does not imply identical inbox features.

A few useful answers

Before you make your move.

How much is CoSchedule for ten social profiles?

On monthly billing, Starter costs $39 and includes three profiles. Seven additional profiles at $5 each bring it to $74/month for one user. Professional starts at $59 with five profiles, so ten profiles cost $84/month with its two included users.

What does a third CoSchedule teammate cost?

Professional allows one extra user for $29/month, bringing the ten-profile example from $84 to $113/month. Professional is capped at three users. Larger working teams need a Suite quote.

Is CoSchedule Suite unlimited for $69/month?

The public page advertises custom plans starting at $69/month and describes unlimited users and profiles, but it also specifies custom pricing. That starting figure is not a verified quote for every team size or profile count, so it is not used in the calculator.

What does CoSchedule offer beyond social scheduling?

Its calendar includes marketing projects, personal tasks, attachments and reusable task templates. Suite adds deeper campaign and project templates, intake forms, asset management, custom fields and additional work views.

Does CoSchedule support Mastodon and Bluesky?

Yes. Both appear in its current publishing matrix. Its dedicated inbox documentation also supports Mastodon and Bluesky on Professional and higher plans, with network-specific actions and refresh behavior.

Are social approvals and marketing approval workflows the same feature?

No. CoSchedule lists social message approvals on Professional and Suite. Its broader marketing-work approval workflows are a Suite feature. The table keeps those two capabilities separate.
